Corporate Paralegal

Our client, an elite Am Law firm, is seeking a Corporate Paralegal to join its Atlanta office.The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role supporting a high-performing Venture Capital and Technology team, offering the opportunity to engage in sophisticated transactional work while collaborating closely with attorneys and paralegals across a broad range of corporate matters.You will provide critical support across corporate governance and filings, including entity formations, amendments, mergers, conversions, and dissolutions, while managing fictitious name applications and key IRS filings.
