RV Service Technician

Optimum RV is a premier RV dealership committed to providing quality service and a wide selection of recreational vehicles. We are looking for a skilled and dedicated RV Service Technician to join our service team and ensure our customers' RVs are maintained and repaired to the highest standards.Dealership Location: 3045 North Service Road, Moore, OK 73160Responsibilities:Service Technicians are responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and performing maintenance on a variety of recreational vehicles. The primary duties will include:Performing inspections, diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on RV systems, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and structural componentsTroubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues in a timely and efficient mannerConducting pre-delivery inspections (PDIs) to ensure RVs meet quality and safety standards before delivery to customersDocumenting all work performed, including parts used and labor time, in the dealership's service management systemCommunicating with service advisors and customers to provide detailed explanations of repairs and maintenance workKeeping up-to-date with industry standards, manufacturer guidelines, and technical bulletinsMaintaining a clean and organized work area and ensuring tools and equipment are in good working conditionAdhering to all safety protocols and company policiesAll other responsibilities as assignedWilling to learn all aspects of RV repair including house repairsCurrent certification (RVIA/RVDA/RVTI) OR interest in completing online training courses for RVIA certificationRequirementsMinimum Qualifications:Strong knowledge of RV systems, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical componentsAbility to read and interpret technical manuals, diagrams, and schematicsExcellent problem-solving skills and attention to detailStrong communication skills and the ability to explain technical information to non-technical customersAbility to work independently and as part of a teamHigh school diploma or equivalent; RV experience preferredRVIA/RVDA certification or other relevant industry certifications (preferred)Experience with computerized diagnostic tools and software (preferred)Familiarity with warranty repair processes and documentation (preferred)Essential Characteristics:Customer Focused: We listen, solve problems, and stay focused on our missionHumble: We stay coachable and always learning, confident in our skills but never arrogantReliable: We keep our word to our team and our customers--doing what we say every timeRelentless Drive: We have a strong work ethic, sense of urgency, and never settle in the pursuit of our missionOptimum RV LLC complies with all federal, state, and local laws prohibiting employment discrimination of any kind.
