This is a hands-on role with real ownership—spanning demand planning, inventory optimisation, PO placement, and international supply flows (US, Thailand, India, China). You’ll work closely with plants, 3PLs, and commercial teams to ensure product availability and drive operational efficiency.What you’ll do:Support supply planning, forecasting & inventory managementPlace POs and coordinate directly with manufacturing plantsMonitor KPIs, service levels, and supply risksManage multi-region logistics and 3PL performanceTurn data into insights using Excel, SQL & Power BISupport S&OP and new product launchesWhat we’re looking for:2–5 years in supply chain, operations, or analytics (CPG preferred)Strong analytical toolkit (Excel + SQL / Power BI)Experience with ERP systems (D365 a plus)Proactive, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environmentPlease Note:This role is 3 days onsite in our New York City office - a non-negotiable part of our collaborative, high-performance culture.
