Position: Senior Electrical Project Manager Location: Tempe, AZ Type: Direct Hire | 1 Opening Work Setup: Office + Field (local travel) Start: ASAPRelocationRelocation support availableOverviewLeads electrical projects from award through warranty, ensuring delivery on schedule, within budget, and to client specifications. Coordinates across teams, manages financial performance, and resolves technical and contractual issues.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport proposal development and project setupReview contracts, scope, and approve job setupPlan schedules, manpower, and project milestonesEstimate labor/materials and manage procurementCoordinate with field teams, subcontractors, and third partiesManage RFIs, submittals, and change ordersTrack project costs, billing, and performance (job scoring)Resolve site issues and maintain client satisfactionLead pre-construction meetings and project closeout (incl. training)Supervise, mentor, and support team membersQualificationsBachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) preferred6–10 years in field, project management, or estimatingStrong knowledge of electrical systems (BMS, HVAC, lighting, fire alarm)Familiarity with building codes, OSHA, and regulationsSolid financial, analytical, and organizational skillsExperience managing teams and client relationshipsProficient in MS Office and project/estimating softwareValid driver’s license with reliable transportationAbility to pass background checks and obtain required clearancesTravelDaily local travel within ~30 miles of the Phoenix metro area
