Your journey starts here! POSITION SUMMARY:The Member Experience Director takes ownership of the membership acquisition process from beginning to end. This position hires, trains and directs a team of Membership Ambassadors to ensure every new member has a positive buying experience and is warmly welcomed and oriented to the club. The team focuses on and executes best practices to ensure effective member acquisition, member integration, and the creation of NPS "Promoters". The Member Experience Director is responsible for the club achieving its membership goals. This position will be provided with direct supervision by the General Manager and Assistant General Manager, and a dotted-line reporting relationship to the Vice President of Member Experience. The Member Experience Director must be highly organized and able to lead a department.COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS INCLUDE:Annually, based on relevant experience to the role, plus bonus.
