We are seeking only the best in attitude and focus to get results.Essential FunctionsCommunicate with our field personnel to assure proper documentation and reporting is being completed in a timely and accurate fashionMonitor program assignments for company complianceEffectively use software to track on-going projects through completionHandle customer service and escalation issues that might arise to assure minimal conflictWork closely with key insurance partners to assure systems and projects meet carrier standards and keep current on changes and updatesExperience And Skill RequirementsKnowledge of A/P and A/RStrong communications skills, especially over the phoneAbility to multi-taskKnowledge of insurance claims and estimating practicesKnowledge of construction and mitigation workflow and associated terminologyExcellent time management skills and the ability to work independentlyAbility to deal effectively with customers to resolve potential conflicts quickly and professionallyCompensationYour compensation will vary by experience level.
