The Multi-Craft Technician will be responsible for maintaining facility equipment, performing preventive and corrective maintenance, and supporting operational efficiency. Successful candidates will reflect Ray-Mont's core values: Quality, Flexibility, Innovation, Attitude, Commitment and Performance.Your Work ScheduleThis is a 12-hour Night shift from 5:00PM to 5:00AMEmployees work 2-2-3 shift pattern, requiring availability for every other weekend, with the possibility of overtime.Flexibility is needed for day, night, weekend, and holiday shifts as required.What We OfferVery competitive salary with annual raiseA full group insurance coverage plan, including an employee assistance program, supported by the employer's contributionA 401(k)-matching program, supported by the employer's contributionAdvancement opportunities within the company$200 per year in Ray-Mont Logistics branded merchandiseYour Day-to-Day ResponsibilitiesPerform routine preventive maintenance on a variety of mechanical and electrical systems to ensure optimal performance and longevity of facility assets.Address and resolve operational issues promptly by conducting corrective maintenance on malfunctioning equipment and systems.Acquire, manage, and maintain an inventory of spare parts and supplies necessary for maintenance projects and repairs.Participate in special projects focused on improving equipment designs and operational processes to enhance overall efficiency and effectiveness.Work closely with team members to support and facilitate training and development in maintenance skills, sharing knowledge and expertise.What We're Looking ForHigh school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or vocational training in mechanical, electrical is preferred.Previous experience in a similar maintenance role, with a strong background in both mechanical and electrical systems.Strong mechanical, electrical, and troubleshooting abilities with hands-on experience in controls, PLCs, and pneumatic systems.Demonstrated ability to work independently and apply creative problem-solving techniques to resolve complex issues.Proficiency in operating and maintaining heavy equipment, including forklifts and scissor lifts.Prepared to work in various environments, including both indoor and outdoor settings, and able to handle exposure to extreme weather conditions.Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members, support training initiatives, and ensure clear documentation of maintenance activities.What It's Like to Work HereAs a Multi-Craft Technician, you play a critical role in keeping our industrial equipment running efficiently to support the flow of international logistics operations.
