No more waiting for direct deposit or a paper check! https://www.dailypay.com/partners/taylorcorp/ Your Opportunity: Taylor Warehousing & Distribution is seeking a 1st Shift Warehouse Worker to join the team at our Jeffersonville, IN, facility.Work Authorization: To be considered for Taylor opportunities, candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship.Your Shift: 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday - Friday with overtime as required including some weekends.Your ResponsibilitiesAssemble products, components, or materials into predefined kits based on Kitting work orders (KQWs)Verify correct parts, quantities, and specifications before and after kittingFollow standard operating procedures (SOPs), quality standards, and safety guidelinesInspect components for defects or damage prior to assemblyLabel, package, and prepare completed kits for storage, shipment, or production useAccurately record completed kits and inventory movementsMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work areaReport shortages, discrepancies, or quality issues to a supervisorYou Must HaveFlexibility to perform a variety of job assignmentsFamiliar with basic computer operationsBasic Math and Reading SkillsAbility to work as a team member and independentlyRequirements Within This PositionAbility to communicate and exchange accurate information and ideas so others will understandRegularly required to remain in a stationary positionConstantly operates machinery and handles products including print materialsFrequently required to move inside the facilityRegularly move up to 50+ pounds (lift, push, pull and/or carry)We Would Also PreferPrior warehouse/receiving experienceThe anticipated hourly wage for this position is $15. The actual base offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
