Surface Mount Operators - 1st Shift & 3rd Shift

Machine operator’s set-up, operate and maintain machinery. They are responsible for ensuring the machine produces high quality products, runs smoothly and at capacity, and is properly maintained. Duties and responsibilities Operate SMT equipment with proficiency, quality, efficiency, and consistency. Set up Feeders, Solder paste printer, Pick and Place Machines and Reflow Oven. Determine and bring up proper programs. Hand place difficult components into solder paste as required (SMT) Perform all necessary functions to independently operate the surface mount line. Operate X-Ray equipment to inspect and validate component placement. Work with AOI operator to ensure proper quality of surface mount operation.
