You will not be starting from zero. Our company provides client opportunities to work with, including leads from our existing book of business and inquiries generated through our Google Business profile.We are looking for people who are professional, responsible, bilingual, and willing to learn and grow in the insurance industry.Responsibilities:Contact and follow up with leads provided by the companyAssist clients with insurance options and basic product informationHelp guide clients through the enrollment processFollow up with inquiries received through Google BusinessProvide professional customer service in English and SpanishMaintain clear communication with the agency teamWork from the office and support walk-in or referred clients when neededBuild strong relationships with potential clientsRequirements:Must be bilingual in English and SpanishMust have strong communication and customer service skillsMust be professional, responsible, and organizedSales or customer service experience is preferredInsurance experience is a plus, but not requiredInsurance license is preferred, but not required at the time of hiringCandidate must be willing to obtain an insurance license before OctoberMust be motivated and comfortable working in a commission-based opportunityCompensation:This is a commission-based independent contractor position.Estimated earning potential is approximately $40,000 to $70,000+ per year, depending on performance, completed enrollments, approved applications, client retention, and commission eligibility.The company provides leads and potential clients to help support production.
