Job Requisition ID #26WD97953Position OverviewAs an Executive Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our VP of Business Systems Product and Engineering (BSPE) within the GET organization. You’ll be adept at managing complex schedules, coordinating travel arrangements, and facilitating communications. Your contributions will ensure that our leaders can focus on strategic priorities while you handle the essential details.You will ideally be based in the Eastern Standard or Central Time zones. This hybrid role offers flexibility, with the ability to work from home and travel to the Autodesk office only as needed. Join us and be part of a team that is driving growth and technology advancements on a global scale.ResponsibilitiesStrategic Calendar Management: Efficiently manage complex calendars, prioritizing meetings and events to align with strategic goalsTravel Coordination: Arrange both international and domestic travel, ensuring seamless itineraries and preparing expense reportsPresentation Creation: Develop compelling presentations using MS PowerPoint to support executive communicationsBudget Management: Assist in managing the departmental budget by tracking purchases and generating detailed expense reportsInformation Management: Maintain email distribution lists, shared directories, and databases, to synthesize and generate insightful reportsMeeting Coordination: Plan and execute virtual and in-person meetings, including quarterly team events, with meticulous attention to detailStaff Meeting Support: Provide comprehensive support for staff meetings, including agenda preparation, note-taking, space reservation, and distribution of minutes and presentationsPolicy Communication: Manage information flow within the organization, effectively communicating new corporate policies and programs, and sharing best practicesTeam Culture Building: Facilitate team building activities, including All Hands meetings, social events, and onboarding processesOnsite Support: Collaborate with administrative assistants and Facilities for space management, event planning, and cateringExecutive Support: Provide backup support to other Executives in GET during absences of fellow Executive AssistantsMinimum QualificationsExperience: 5+ years in an administrative role within a large-scale global environmentEducation: Associate degree in Business or Secretarial Science, or equivalent work experience Technical Proficiency: Skilled in productivity applications such as Outlook, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, Airtable, Microsoft 365, Slack, and ZoomThe Ideal CandidateProblem Solver: You excel at resolving issues as they arise with a proactive mindsetValue Creator: You identify opportunities to add value and address gaps within the teamAdaptable: You thrive in an evolving role, adapting to changes within teams and organizationsCommunicator: You have a knack for writing, editing, and creating compelling presentationsCollaborative: You enjoy bringing people together and fostering collaborative work environmentsLearn MoreAbout AutodeskWelcome to Autodesk! For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $72,000 and $129,470. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range.
