Job Title: Program ManagerLocation: Greenville, South Carolina, United StatesType: Full TimeOur Client is looking for a highly skilled Program Manager to lead the development, implementation, and oversight of key organizational programs. This role partners closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to define strategy, manage complex initiatives, and ensure successful delivery of program outcomes. The ideal candidate brings strong project leadership experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to drive continuous improvement across multiple workstreams.Key ResponsibilitiesProgram Strategy & DevelopmentCollaborates with organizational leaders and departmental teams to design and enhance programs.Establishes program strategy, priorities, and long‑term roadmaps aligned with business needs.Serves as the primary owner for program deliverables from planning through execution.Program Execution & Performance ManagementDevelops and manages program budgets, project timelines, and resource plans.Builds and tracks performance dashboards, KPIs, and metrics to monitor progress and identify risks.Leads post‑program reviews to capture learnings and drive process improvements.Prepares operational reports and supports additional responsibilities as needed.Leadership & CollaborationLeads, mentors, and develops team members and project participants.Manages regular communication with stakeholders, customers, and project groups.Acts as a subject matter expert and trusted technical resource within the program area.Provides ownership and expertise for service catalog delivery.Required Qualifications & CompetenciesBachelor’s degree in business or a related field, with at least 5 years of relevant program or project management experience.Strong technical and operational understanding needed to support program execution.Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives in a fast‑paced environment.Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and decision-making skills.Strong business acumen with a collaborative, team-oriented approach.Outstanding interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.Ability to build strong relationships across departments and stakeholder groups.Preferred QualificationsAdvanced degree in a related discipline.Experience or proficiency with specialized systems or applications relevant to the program.
