Job Overview The Barber Agency is expanding and looking for a high-producing, licensed Property & Casualty Insurance Producer who knows how to close and wants to get paid for performance.This is a production role inside a top 1% Farmers Insurance agency. The expectations are higher, the standards are tighter, and the opportunity is bigger.We provide a proven system, strong lead flow, and hands‐on coaching—but this is not a role for someone who needs to be pushed.
