Job Overview:ALINED Consulting is just over 5 years old now and have continued to grow year over year. We are hiring a talented Sales Consultant professional to join our ever-growing team here in Chicago!Responsibilities for Sales ConsultantRecommend and select services for customers based on their individual needsDescribe services and explain their benefits and uses to potential customersCommunicate with customers in person, by phone and by email to understand their needsMaintain a working knowledge of the company's various services; APP DEV, Data & Analytics, AI, Cloud/InfrastructureEstablish and nurture relationships with past customers and potential customers to facilitate salesFind potential customers through networking, cold calling and industry research to increase salesUse data to help customers understand how services can help them achieve their goalsComplete administrative tasks, such as processing and recording sales, as neededQualifications for Sales Consultant2+ years of experience in a relevant area of salesExperience in developing leads and researching potential clientsExcellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to make presentationsInterpersonal skills and comfort with meeting new people on a daily basisAbility to contact customers, complete sales and manage other tasks independentlyTime management and prioritization skills to meet deadlines and close sales in a timely mannerWillingness to adapt and implement new marketing strategies and sales methodsQuick thinking to provide creative solutions that address customers' needs and concerns
