Manufacturing Technician

Shift: First Shift (07:30 AM – 04:00 PM)Location: Maple Plain, MN 55359Pay Rate: $24.00/hour (W2)About the Role: Join a growing medical device startup as a Product Builder, where you will support manufacturing operations while ensuring high standards of product quality and patient safety.Key Responsibilities:Assemble orthopedic implants and instruments as per specificationsPerform quality checks to meet required standardsMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work environmentCollaborate with teams to resolve production issuesFollow company and regulatory guidelinesSupport process improvements and meet production targetsQualifications:High school diploma or equivalent (technical training preferred)Experience in manufacturing/assembly, preferably in medical devicesStrong attention to detail and manual dexterityBasic knowledge of quality control practicesAbility to work effectively in a teamPreferred:Experience in orthopedic or medical device assemblyKnowledge of FDA/ISO standards and Lean ManufacturingAdditional Requirements:Ability to lift up to 20 lbsComfortable working in a cleanroom environment
