Network Engineer

We're hiring on behalf of a Haystack partner!The Role Provide network engineering support for the design, documentation, implementation, maintenance, and operation of an evolving network architecture. Manage network architecture, including operational and security-related updates and changes. Lead deployment planning and coordination of network system upgrades at various field sites, both CONUS and OCONUS as required. Interface with Tier 2 support to assist with coordination and issue escalation. Provide briefings and regular status updates to Program leadership on network-related issues. Offer cross-discipline training and mentoring to all team personnel.What You'll Need Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Network Engineering, or a related field with 8-15 years of relevant experience. Active and current Secret clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI clearance. Demonstrated subject matter expertise in network infrastructure. Proven experience with Juniper SSR architecture and configuration, and expertise in SD-WAN technologies and implementation. Proficiency in Cisco IOS/IOS-XE operating systems and strong understanding of routing protocols (OSPF, BGP, EIGRP). Experience with network virtualization, software-defined networking, and familiarity with network automation tools.What's On Offer Competitive compensation package with a pay range of $92,300.00 - $166,850.00.
