DescriptionLOCATION: Katy Medical Arts Center, 1331 N Grand Pkwy, Suite 120, Katy, TX 77493POSITION SUMMARY: The Optometrist provides high-quality eye care to a diverse patient population by delivering comprehensive medical and routine vision services while ensuring an exceptional patient experience. The role requires efficient patient care, strong communication and teamwork, proficiency with electronic health systems, and active participation in practice growth and collaboration within a fast-paced healthcare environment.Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesProvider of quality eye care for diverse patient population.Demonstrated ability to work with patients of all ages.Knowledge of medical and routine eye care standards of care.Knowledge of principles and processes for providing excellent customer service and the ability to provide an exceptional patient experience.Ability to meet patient volume demands through efficient and effective care.Ability to work accurately with detailed data; to multi-task while maintaining working relationships with guests, public and staff; to act independently and use good judgment; to problem solve and troubleshoot.Ability to act as a team player with the understanding that the growth and well-being of the organization is of utmost importance, while also being able to demonstrate initiative and work independently in a fast-paced environment.Strong communication, both written and verbal; Organizational and Prioritization skills; Influential motivator; Flexibility and responsiveness are essential, given the demands and challenges of a dynamic and growing organization; Diligently follows the directives of the COO, and Shareholders.
