In this position, you will provide first-level technical support to internal users, field technicians, and customers, ensuring systems remain operational and issues are resolved efficiently.ResponsibilitiesProvide first-level technical support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripheralsTroubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues (Windows OS, Office 365, VPN)Assist with onboarding and offboarding, including account setup and equipment provisioningProvide remote support to field technicians and users across the organizationLog, track, and manage support tickets using ServiceNow or a similar ticketing systemEscalate complex issues to senior engineers or specialized support teams as neededDeliver a professional, customer-focused support experienceQualificationsRecent IT certification (CompTIA A+ or Google IT Support preferred) or recent graduation from a technology-related programStrong communication, problem-solving, and customer service skillsAbility to work on-site five days per weekWillingness to learn and grow within an IT support environmentU.S. Citizenship required due to client requirementsNice to Have (Not Required)Internship or previous help desk experienceExposure to ServiceNow or other IT ticketing systemsExperience supporting remote users or working in a corporate IT environmentWhy This RoleCompetitive hourly pay ($20–$22/hour)Flexible 35-hour work weekEntry-level opportunity with no prior professional IT experience requiredHands-on experience with enterprise tools and technologiesJob Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Wappingers Falls, NY.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
