Role : Technical Program Manager Location : NC (Onsite)ContractRequired Skills & QualificationsTechnical & Delivery ExpertiseComplex Technical Program Delivery: Proven track record of managing large-scale, high-risk technical infrastructure, software, or cloud migration programs.Fixed-Bid Governance: Deep understanding of fixed-bid contract mechanics, scope management, and change-control processes.Release Management: Strong knowledge of release lifecycles, deployment strategies, and governance gating processes.Core CompetenciesAdvanced Planning: Mastery of integrated planning tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira Align, SmartSheet) to map complex technical dependencies.Risk Management: Sharp analytical skills to identify systemic risks and build robust mitigation strategies before they impact timelines.Financial Acumen: Experience tracking program capital expenditures (CapEx) and operational expenditures (OpEx) against a fixed baseline.Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to influence executive stakeholders.Experience & EducationBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.7+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager or Delivery Lead.PMP, PgMP, or Agile/Scrum certifications are highly desirable.
