Commercial HVAC Service Technician

Overview: QuesTec Mechanical is seeking a skilled Commercial HVAC Technician to join our team. As an HVAC Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. This is a full-time position with competitive pay and benefits. Responsibilities: Install, repair, maintain or replace HVAC systems Follow systematic questioning techniques common in the HVAC industry and troubleshooting guidelines to determine unit/equipment functionality and/or failure Communicate unit/equipment issues to manager and HVAC clients Promptly and accurately complete all required paperwork daily, documenting in detail all work performed and/or installed as well as all time associated with calls/projects Available to service emergency calls on week days, week nights and weekends, managed on a consistent "on call rotation" Qualifications: Two years of experience in commercial HVAC installation, maintenance and troubleshooting Valid Missouri class E driver's license with clean driving record EPA certification Minimum of a high school diploma (or equivalent); Associates degree from accredited technical school in the HVAC program preferred Knowledge of commercial mechanical and electrical systems, HVAC preferred Strong analytical skills with the ability to read and interpret diagrams, plans and manuals Well groomed, neat in appearance Observe and abide by all Company procedures and safety rules Ability to work and interact with others in a positive manner If you are a skilled Commercial HVAC Technician looking for a challenging role with opportunities for growth, we encourage you to apply.
