Assistant Vice President ExpectationsTo advise and influence decision making, contribute to policy development and take responsibility for operational effectiveness. Collaborate closely with other functions/ business divisions.Lead a team performing complex tasks, using well developed professional knowledge and skills to deliver on work that impacts the whole business function. The Control Mapping Operations (CMO) Program Support AVP role sits at the intersection of regulation, controls, data, and emerging technology, with a focus on process transformation and AI?enabled problem solving. Partnering with senior stakeholders, you will help redesign control mapping and obligation analysis by turning complex, manual processes into streamlined, repeatable, and insight?driven operating models that support regulatory change and informed decision?making.To be successful as an OLO Strategic Tooling - AVP, you should have:Experience in process redesign, strategic analysis, or transformation?focused rolesInterest in AI and advanced analytics, with experience applying these tools to improve outcomesAbility to simplify complex information while maintaining appropriate consideration of risk in evolving or ambiguous situationsExperience supporting senior management and ExCo presentations by translating complex concepts into clear, decision?focused materialsExperience working with advisory, strategy, or transformation teams, or applying a consulting?style approach to problem solvingSome other highly valued skills may include:Experience using AI?enabled tools, data analytics, or visualization platforms to generate insight and improve efficiencyUnderstanding of regulatory and control environments, with an appreciation for forward?looking and practical considerationsCritical?thinking capability, with the flexibility to move between detailed analysis and broader strategic contextClear written and verbal communication skills, particularly in presenting insights and narrativesEmerging leadership qualities, with the ability to influence through expertise, curiosity, and collaborationYou may be assessed on the key critical skills relevant for success in this role, such as risk and controls, change and transformation, business acumen, strategic thinking, digital and technology, as well as job-specific technical skills.This role is located in Whippany, NJ.Minimum Salary: $110,000Maximum Salary: $145,000The minimum and maximum salary/rate information above include only base salary or base hourly rate.
