Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Associate Attorney based in Tulsa, OK. The Associate Attorney will engage in legal research, handle labor and employment law matters, provide legal advice, and support clients through negotiation processes. Responsibilities also include drafting, reviewing, and interpreting legal documents, consulting with clients, and preparing cases for litigation. Qualifications Expertise in Law, particularly knowledge and application of Labor and Employment LawStrong skills in Legal Advice and client consultationProficiency in conducting thorough Research and analyzing legal precedentsEffective Negotiation skills to resolve disputes and reach favorable outcomesExceptional written and verbal communication skillsJuris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law schoolActive license in good standing with the Oklahoma BarPrior experience in insurance defense or related areas is a plus
