Accounting Assistant

Responsibilities: - Perform data entry and 10-key typing to accurately input financial information - Assist with various accounting tasks such as account analysis, budgeting, and account reconciliation - Handle accounts payable duties, including reviewing invoices, processing payments, and resolving any discrepancies Experience: - Previous experience in an accounting role or as an accounting clerk is preferred - Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Excel - Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and calculations - Knowledge of basic accounting principles and procedures - Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
