This is a hybrid position that will require travel to the client site as required, in addition to working remotely. In this role, you will be working side by side with project team to execute work, build client relationships on site. You will assist in Tracking and assigning points of connection (POC) for services off of the main distribution for the facility.You will be part of a team responsible for managing these connections. This support will vary from day to day addressing the clients highest priorities. Your ability to communicate effectively and tackle project challenges will allow you to thrive in our fast-paced environment. You will also assume additional duties and projects as directed by managementDay to day activities:Attending meetingsManaging databaseReviewing TSR information and inputting the data into the database or reaching out to appropriate disciplines to get missing information to prepare for meetingsReviewing bluebeam sessions and making appropriate mark ups to prepare for meetingsCommunicating with appropriate personnel to obtain additional information needed for database dataCreating laminated streamers for tagging in the fieldField work including but not limited to hanging laminated streamers, verifying point of connections (POC's) are available or taken, verifying if laterals are installed or not installed, verifying locations of laterals, POC's, VMB's.Qualifications:Qualifications - ExternalExperience in working with complicated databasesExcellent communication skills both verbal and writtenHigh level of organization and professionalismHigh level of understanding in office programs including Outlook/ Teams/ PowerPoint/ Excel/ OneNoteAbility to travel as neededIdeally, you'll also have:Familiarity with semi-conductor design and/or constructionDisplayed ability to learn quickly and driven to broaden your knowledge baseAbility to collaborate and work effectively in a variety of teams, including multi-disciplinary teamsExposure to Mechanical, Electrical, and Process systems in manufacturingFamiliarity with Facilities Operations & Engineering to implement and refine facilities capacity model.About our CompanyDataSoft Technologies is a highly recognized provider of professional IT Consulting services in the US.
