Bartender

Crossed Keys Estate is seeking experienced bartenders for luxury wedding venue. Enthusiastic candidates wanted, must be motivated and able to work in a fast paced environment during events with up to 300 guests. Candidate should be willing to contribute ideas to bar menus. Bartender Role:Provide guests at events with exceptional beverage service, maintaining the highest standards of hospitality Interact with customers, take orders, and serve drinks Assess customers' needs and make recommendations Check ID's and confirm that customer is of legal drinking age Restock and replenish bar supplies Present excellent customer service Comply with all food and beverage regulations Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring all supplies and equipment are readily available Report to wedding Maitre D' & Business Owners Adhere to responsible alcohol service guidelines and ensure guest safety Qualifications Must be available at least 1-2 days per week (nights and weekends) Working knowledge of drink service and bar terminology Must be proficient in setting up and breaking down/cleaning bar equipment Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Compensation: $16.00 per hour Our HistoryTHE VISION FOR CROSSED KEYS ESTATE BEGAN OVER 30 YEARS AGO WITH KATHERINE AND CELSO RODRIGUEZBlending Katherine's love for planning and Celso's passion for food, the Rodriguez family began their legacy of thoughtfully curated milestone events centered around meals worth remembering. Today, Crossed Keys Estate is truly a family-owned and operated business. Katherine and Celso are joined in the business by their son, John, daughter, Jessica, and her husband, Kyle. We're proud to have added other wonderful members to our team and see many of our wedding season staff choose to return year after year. We love that our estate is centered around family, and when you get married at Crossed Keys, you become a part of it.
