Projects include commercial, healthcare, education, municipal, light industrial, and specialty mechanical work.This role offers long-term stability with a contractor that maintains a steady backlog and strong regional reputation.Key ResponsibilitiesManage full project lifecycle from kickoff to closeoutDevelop and maintain project budgets, forecasting, and cost trackingLead subcontractor buyout and contract negotiationsBuild and manage detailed project schedulesReview mechanical drawings, specifications, and submittalsCoordinate closely with field superintendents and foremenManage RFIs, change orders, and scope adjustmentsMaintain strong client and vendor relationshipsEnsure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budgetProvide executive-level reporting to leadershipQualifications5+ years of Mechanical Project Management experienceStrong background in HVAC, piping, plumbing, hydronics, or sheet metal systemsExperience managing commercial or industrial mechanical scopesStrong financial acumen and cost control experienceAbility to read and interpret construction drawings and specificationsProficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, or similar softwareStrong communication and leadership skillsBachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, or related field preferred but not required.Compensation & Benefits$100K – $150K base salary (DOE)Performance-based bonusCompany vehicle or vehicle allowanceGas cardFull medical, dental, and vision insurance401(k) with company matchPaid time off and holidaysRelocation assistance packageLong-term career growth in a stable, expanding market
