Job Description – Marketing LeadWe are looking for a Marketing Lead to be a contributing senior member of the marketing team—including a focus on refining and implementing a cohesive strategic marketing plan. In this role, you will utilize SEO techniques, paid advertising, social media marketing, and general content creation and distribution to increase brand awareness and drive profit growth.This role is responsible for managing the marketing team members to develop, implement, and manage digital and traditional marketing campaigns. Responsibilities will also include improving brand awareness, managing marketing campaigns and PR, planning conferences and events, and overseeing marketing/conference budget. The position will report to the Vice President of Insights and is based in Exton, PA.ResponsibilitiesIdentify gaps in current marketing strategy and assist in creating strategic plan for implementing new tactics Assist in the formulation of strategies to build a lasting connection with clients Collaborate with Marketing Associates to develop and implement marketing and branding strategies for new and existing products, internally and externally, as well as overall company initiativesManage HubSpot platform including email campaigns, landing pages and lead managementEnsure HubSpot, Physician Portal and other website add-ons are fully integrated and accessible for client and internal useManage annual marketing and conference budgetTrack and report on key marketing metrics, providing insights into campaign performance, customer engagement, and ROIWork closely with sales, product development, and insights teams to align marketing strategies with business objectivesCollaborate with sales team to review pipeline, resolve challenges, and brainstorm possible solutionsCreate and share new content through various channels, ensuring a strong online presence for the company brandLaunch optimized online advertisements through social media, Google, and directly on healthcare media outletsImplement SEO techniques into new and existing contentUtilize Google Analytics to create KPI dashboards, monitor website traffic, and analyze performance of digital marketing effortsOwn and manage the company websiteAttend conventions and conferences, preparing engaging displays and collateral as needed, and provide post-event reports and analysisWrite, review, edit, and update copy for marketing campaigns, including press releases, email campaigns, blogs, social media posts, and other marketing materialCreate graphic elements and infographics that tie into marketing campaignsServe as point of contact for external vendors and agencies as neededQualifications8-10 years of experience in B2B healthcare market research or agencyExperience with marketing CRM platforms, with direct HubSpot experience requiredStrong knowledge of pharmaceutical market research, industry trends, and regulationsDemonstrated ability to distill insights into product-level marketing (simplify complex information into user-friendly format)Experience in digital marketing, content creation, communications, or similar roleAdvanced proficiency with email marketing software, WordPress, Google Analytics, and LinkedInProficiency in Google Ads and knowledge of paid search campaignsAn eye for visual appeal and brand consistencyGreat interpersonal and communication skillsAdvanced copywriting ability and proofreading skillsRelated BS or master’s degreeWhat You BringYou are a self-starter who is comfortable working independently and without routine management supervisionYou enjoy making progress towards your goals and are task-orientedYou embrace change and innovation, working collaboratively with teammatesYou have strong attention to detail and are flexible working across multiple projects at the same timeOther relevant informationCompensation package includes competitive salary and benefits (health, dental, vision 401K), commensurate with experience, short-term disability, as well as an annual performance-based bonus for meeting performance objectivesPosition may include travel commitments to attend medical conferencesAbout SpherixSpherix is an independentmarket intelligence and advisory firm that provides an unbiased view of therapeutic areas within rapidly evolving indications.
