Workday Functional Expert

Workday Supply Chain SMELocation: Remote - company based out of Northern Virginia area. Some travel would be required - travel expenses would be reimbursed.Overview:This resource needs to be a Subject Matter Expert in Workday Supply Chain. They need to help with the implementation of Workday Supply Chain from a 3rd party implementation partner. This is a high level consultant that understands Workday Supply Chain inside and out.Duties:Liaise between the business, IT, and the System Integrator to ensure that all requirements are gathered, business processes are mapped correctly, and planned configurations will be sufficient for the business needsAudit/review suggestions from the System Integrator and champion client's best interestsWork with the team to ensure proper User Acceptance TestingOngoing communication with all partiesRequirements:High-level expertise in Workday Supply Chain business practices.Hands-on experience in Workday; implementation and stand-up experience would be valuableUnderstanding of what can be done in Workday via configurationUnderstanding of best practices, both in Supply Chain business processes and in WorkdayRequired Skills: Workday, Workday Supply Chain, understanding of Workday configuration, and Workday Supply Chain implementation experience is great to have.
