Provides an excellent opportunity for career-oriented individual./ppJob Description:/ppESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS/pulliDelivers the IBC Experience by providing prompt, efficient and friendly customer service./liliInformed of the daily currency exchange market rates./liliProvides exchange rates to customers requesting wires in foreign currency./liliNegotiates exchange rates with customers/prospects./liliCreates FX quotes and initiates wire process through the Wire Transfer application./liliProvide verbal disclosures to customers to comply with regulatory requirements./liliAssists Foreign Exchange Traders./liliOther Duties as assigned./li/ulpSKILLS/pulliStrong sales skills./liliKnowledge of major world currencies and their value in relation to the U.S. Dollar./liliStrong written and oral communication skills in English and Spanish./liliAble to process transactions accurately and efficiently./liliProficient in computer skills and knowledgeable in Microsoft Office and its applications./liliBilingual, fluent in both English and Spanish./liliBasic math skills and ability to use calculator functions./liliAnalytical skills, with attention to detail./liliTeam player./li/ulpEDUCATION EXPERIENCE/pulliHigh School Diploma or GED equivalent./liliPrior sales or office work experience a plus./li/ul/div
