In this role, you will oversee operations across multiple Love’s Travel Stops locations, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning at each site. Responsibilities include supervising managers, developing team members, implementing operational procedures, and maintaining customer service standards. The Multi-Unit Leader will also be responsible for overseeing financial performance, inventory management, and compliance with company policies. Additional duties include fostering a positive work environment and driving operational excellence across all locations within your region. Qualifications Strong leadership and team management skills, including mentoring and managing multiple teams.Operational and organizational skills, with expertise in overseeing and optimizing daily operations and processes.Customer service-oriented mindset, with an ability to ensure excellent customer experiences and resolve issues effectively.Proven experience in financial management, including budget planning, cost control, and enhancing profitability.Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to motivate and engage diverse teams.Problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation.Prior multi-unit management experience, preferably in the retail, hospitality, or service industries.Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or a related field is preferred but not required.Flexibility to travel between Love’s Travel Stops locations within the assigned region.
