This position entails overseeing food production and staff training at a large K-12 School Cafeteria Operation.Duties to Include:Understanding National School Breakfast ProgramUnderstanding National School Lunch ProgramFood Preparation on a large production scaleUtilizing Kitchen EquipmentMeeting Company's ExpectationsUnderstand Company's Food ConceptsDaily Production Records and PaperworkFacilitate the execution of catered events as neededWork with regional chefs to develop and implement recipesTraining School Cafeteria Workers:Food Production and Recipes UtilizationUnderstanding Functions of Kitchen EquipmentMeeting Company's ExpectationsUnderstand Company's Food ConceptsQualifications:At least 1-2 years staff managementFood Service ExperienceExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsProficiency with reading recipes and basic math conversionsProficiency in Microsoft Office programsValid Driver's LicenseMust obtain clearances and pass criminal background checksThe Nutrition Group is committed to creating a diverse and inclusive environment for all qualified applicants.
