Relocation packages (based on experience) What You’ll Do Our General Managers lead all restaurant operations to ensure: High-quality products Consistent profitability You’ll run the day-to-day operations by: Managing staff, schedules, and labor costs Executing company policies, programs, and procedures Maintaining a clean, fully equipped, and well-maintained restaurant Ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local laws Leadership & People Recruit, hire, and train enthusiastic, customer-focused team members Maintain proper staffing levels based on projected sales Build a positive environment full of teamwork, energy, and fun Take ownership of customer concerns and continuously improve operations Ensure food, labor, and controllable costs stay within budget Use the PROFIT System to analyze and correct deviations Protect company assets through proper inventory and maintenance Competitive pay + performance bonuses Training and advancement opportunities Real potential to become a Franchisee in the future!
