Without you, it's just data.AMDEX is seeking an experienced Program Manager to join our dynamic team supporting a federal client. The Program Manager shall provide expert program management services to oversee and manage multiple projects and programs, ensuring that they are aligned with organizational goals and objectives. The ideal candidate shall possess experience in program management, excellent leadership and communication skills, and the ability to manage complex programs and projects. The Program Manager shall be responsible for ensuring that programs are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards, and that they are compliant with relevant program management methodologies and standards.Responsibilities:Develop, implement, and maintain programmatic and financial management plans, policies, and procedures to ensure effective program management and controlOversee and manage multiple projects and programs, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards, and that they are aligned with organizational goals and objectivesIdentify, assess, and mitigate program risks, and work with TMX-PIO stakeholders to develop and implement necessary contingency plans to ensure program continuity and successMonitor and report program progress to TMX-PIO stakeholders, including providing regular status reports, metrics, and key performance indicators (KPIs), and adjusting as necessary to ensure program successEnsure compliance with program management methodologies and standards, such as PMBOK or Agile, and adhere to relevant industry best practices and standardsDevelop and maintain comprehensive program documentation, including program plans, status reports, lessons learned, and other relevant documents, to ensure that program information is accurate, up-to-date, and readily availableCommunicate program status, issues, and risks to TMX-PIO stakeholders, including providing timely and transparent updates, and ensuring that stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the program lifecycleRequirements:Bachelor's degreeAt least 8-10 years of relevant experience.Certifications:ADKAR or equivalent desirableAMDEX Corporation offers a competitive salary package and attractive benefits package.Medical | Dental | Vision (Base plan employee premiums 100% company paid)Employer Paid Life and Disability Insurance, STD and LTDEmployee Assistance Plan and Employee Discounts11 Federal Holidays | PTO accrual with carryover401(k) Plan with company match | Flexible Spending Accounts: Medical, Dependent, TransitTuition Reimbursement & Training Assistance
