Crew Leader, Punch Work

Responsibilities:Manage a crew of 2-3 laborers on a daily basisManage and complete work such as silt fence installation, hydroseeding, underdrain installation, manhole punch work, bond release items, asphalt patching and crack sealingTransport crew to job site and back to the yardOperate mini-excavators and skid steers to perform daily job functionsComplete daily paperwork including but not limited to daily job tickets, time sheetsTrench/ExcavateLoad and unload construction materialsRespectfully Communicate directly with Client Representatives, Superintendents, and Project ManagersSuper Silt Fence, Silt fence, seeding, punch work, or under drain experience preferredRequirements:Valid Driver's licenseExperience driving a truck with trailerAbility to lift 50lbsEligible for employment in the United States3 years' construction or landscaping experienceExperience with Bobcats and/or mini excavatorSilt fence or under drain experience preferredReliable transportation to the yard located in Manassas, VAPhysical Requirements:Employee must be physically fit to perform manual labor in all types of environments and conditions, including heavy lifting (up to 50 lbs.).Regularly required to sit and stand, must be able to use hands to fingers, handle or feel and verbally communicate and listen.Other physical requirements include walking, climbing or balancing and stooping, kneeling, crouching or crawling.
