Job Position: Electrical TechniciansLocation: Humble, TX 77396Pay Rate: $31.00/hr.Shifts: Day & NightShift 1: Monday-Thursday 5am-5pmShift 2: Monday-Thursday 5pm-5amShift 3: Thursday-Sunday 5am-5pmShift 4: Thursday-Sunday 5pm-5amKey ResponsibilitiesElectrical MaintenanceExecute preventive electrical maintenance work orders to prevent unexpectedequipment failures.Perform corrective maintenance and repairs on critical electrical equipment tominimize production downtime.Execute improvement and safety-related electrical work orders to preventaccidents during equipment operation.Troubleshoot electrical failures and restore equipment functionality efficiently.Recommend equipment lockout (LOTO) in case of electrical failures to ensurepersonnel safety.Propose electrical spare parts required to ensure proper equipment operation.Power Systems & GeneratorsOperate, monitor, and troubleshoot power generators to prevent damage tocritical equipment during power outages.Ensure electrical systems operate within defined parameters.Systems & ReportingRegister and close work orders in the maintenance management system todocument technical activities, spare parts usage, and equipment history.Report failures, interventions, and relevant findings to the Electrical MaintenanceCoordinator.Safety & CompliancePerform electrical maintenance tasks in strict compliance with safety proceduresand regulations.Identify electrical hazards and assess risks prior to executing tasks.Comply with all Integrated Management System requirements (quality,environment, safety, occupational health, BASC).EducationTechnical degree required in: Industrial Electrical Maintenance, ElectricalTechnology, Electromechanics or a related electrical fieldEquivalent hands-on industrial electrical maintenance experience will be considered.ExperienceProven experience in electrical maintenance within industrial ormanufacturing plants.Experience in metallurgical, metal-mechanical, or heavy industrialenvironments preferred.Experience working with critical electrical systems and equipment.Technical KnowledgeIndustrial electrical maintenance proceduresPreventive and corrective electrical maintenance practicesElectrical troubleshooting and fault diagnosisPower generators and electrical distribution systemsBasic electrical safety procedures (LOTO, confined spaces, work at heights)Maintenance management systems (SAP or similar preferred)Core CompetenciesProactivity, teamwork, assertive communication, strong safety mindset, and ability
