We look forward to speaking with you… Position Summary Provide manicures, pedicures, and related services to all members and guests that meet the standard requirements of Harbour Ridge. Keep tools and work area clean and sanitized at all times. Major Responsibilities: Provide consistent professional nail, foot, and hand treatments in compliance with spa protocols as well as accepted certification practices. Take proper care for nail equipment and use proper quantities of product to help with cost controls. Maintain the standards of sterilization and sanitation as directed by Harbour Ridge procedures and policies, and law. Perform prep work, clean properly, and restock work environment as required. Communicate with management all occurrences relating to guests or staff in the spa. Promote actively the spa services, treatments, retail, and sessions as well as promotions, programs, or discounts available. Handle concerns and questions of guests courteously and professionally. Providing accurate, immediate and appropriate responses to all guests’ requests ensuring their complete satisfaction. Attend & participate in staff meetings, and training for the spa. Assess and accommodate guest needs and inquiries. Maintain an organized, clean, well-stocked and secure working environment. Skills and Abilities: Excellent customer service skills. Schedule: Varies / Flexible Weekends Job Type: Full Time- Seasonal Requirements: State of Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation Cosmetology License. Certificate from a nail technician or cosmetology program. Experience in a salon or day spa environment. Must be 18yrs of age. Harbour Ridge Yacht and County Club is EOE/ DFW.
