Position: General Motors Parts Manager Key Responsibilities: Oversee all aspects of the GM parts department operations Maintain and grow profitable parts sales (retail & wholesale) Manage inventory control, obsolescence, and ordering through GM systems Lead, train, and motivate parts department staff Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction Collaborate with service and sales departments for maximum efficiency Maintain compliance with GM policies and dealership standards Qualifications: 3+ years of Parts Manager experience in a GM dealership Strong knowledge of GM parts systems and manufacturer programs Proven track record of profitability and inventory management Excellent leadership and communication skills Experience with PBS DMS (preferred) What We Offer: Competitive salary + performance bonuses Sign-On Bonus for the right candidate.
