HYBRID POSITION WITH EXTENSIVE GROWTH OPPORTUNITYKey ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain dynamic dashboards and reports that integrate internal KPIs and external datasets to track business performance, sales progress, and operational effectivenessAnalyze market trends, product performance, and competitive dynamics to identify growth opportunities and potential risksEvaluate key business metrics (e.g., volume, market share, new patient starts) by comparing actual performance against forecasts and targetsPartner with Sales and Commercial Leadership to optimize territory alignment, call planning, and customer targeting strategies using data-driven insightsAssess sales performance at regional and sub-national levels to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvementPrepare and deliver monthly and quarterly business reviews, leveraging both internal data and third-party sources (e.g., prescriber data, chargebacks, 867/852 datasets) to support executive decision-makingSupport the design and analysis of incentive compensation plans, including goal setting and performance trackingAnalyze physician-level, account-level, and promotional data to inform segmentation, targeting, and overall brand strategyCollaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Finance) to support demand forecasting and strategic planning initiativesProvide ongoing analytical support to field teams by fulfilling reporting requests, resolving data inquiries, and delivering actionable insightsConduct ad hoc analyses and present findings to stakeholders to support commercial strategy and executionPerform additional duties and special projects as neededQualificationsBachelor’s degree required (Business, Finance, Analytics, Life Sciences, or related field preferred)3–5 years of experience in analytics, preferably within the pharmaceutical, biotech, or life sciences industryStrong understanding of pharmaceutical data sources and market dynamics, including experience with third-party data (e.g., IQVIA, Symphony Health)Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, lookups, data modeling)Demonstrated ability to analyze large datasets and translate findings into actionable business insightsExperience with business intelligence and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Qlik) preferredStrong communication skills with the ability to present complex data clearly to non-technical stakeholders
