Logistics Engineer – Warehouse Location: Benson, MNJob SummaryThe Logistics Engineer helps improve warehouse operations by making the movement and storage of materials faster, safer, and more efficient. They work with warehouse, manufacturing, and supply chain teams to reduce costs, improve productivity, and support continuous improvement.Key ResponsibilitiesImprove warehouse processes and material flow.Design better warehouse layouts to maximize space.Analyze inventory, labor, and warehouse performance.Identify and fix process bottlenecks.Create standard work instructions and procedures.Improve receiving, storage, picking, shipping, and delivery processes.Work with supply chain teams to optimize inventory and replenishment.Track warehouse KPIs like productivity, inventory accuracy, and space utilization.Use Lean tools (5S, Kaizen, Root Cause Analysis, Value Stream Mapping) to improve operations.Support warehouse systems like SAP, WMS, or ERP.Recommend automation and better material handling equipment.Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.Experience in warehouse, logistics, manufacturing, or supply chain operations.Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and process improvement.Good analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.Preferred SkillsExperience with SAP, WMS, ERP, or SAP EWM.Knowledge of Power BI, AutoCAD, Visio, or similar tools.Experience with warehouse layout design, material flow, and automationThanks and regards,G3 Soft IncE: bhanu@g3softinc.com - please share me the updated resume
