Entry-Level Production Technician – Vehicle Graphics

Royal Wrapz is hiring an Entry-Level Production Technician to support our vehicle graphics production team.This is a hands-on role focused on execution — not design. You will be working with printed vinyl, laminators, cutters, and preparing materials for installation. If you take pride in doing things correctly, follow instructions well, and prefer structure over chaos, this is a strong fit.We operate on documented processes and high standards. This role is ideal for someone who wants to learn a skilled trade, grow within a disciplined shop environment, and be part of a team that values reliability and accountability.We show up on time, follow the system, do the job right, and go home proud of the work.Responsibilities:Trim and label printed vinyl panels accuratelyPrepare and organize graphics for installationLearn to laminate printed graphics correctly and consistentlyAssist with loading materials and supporting printer operationMaintain clean, organized production areasFollow written SOPs and instructions exactly as givenCommunicate immediately if something is unclear or incorrectAssist with vehicle cleaning and prep when neededThis position starts with production tasks and grows based on performance and reliability.Qualifications:Reliable transportation and consistent attendanceAble to lift and handle materials up to 35 lbsComfortable working with hands in a production environmentStrong attention to detailAble to follow step-by-step instructions without cutting cornersPositive attitude and willingness to learnNo prior experience required — we train the right personBonus (not required):• Experience in sign shops, print production, automotive work, or hands-on tradesOur Core ValuesWe hire and promote based on these principles:Be Honest – Own mistakes.
