Full Stack Developer Onsite (Wilmington, DE)6+Months Contract Only W2Job Description: We are seeking a Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Java, Spring Boot, React.js, and SDLC practices and a proven ability to design, develop, and troubleshoot secure, stable applications at scale.
Responsibilities:
•Execute standard software solutions, including design, development, and technical troubleshooting.•Write secure, high-quality code in at least one programming language with limited guidance.•Design, develop, code, and troubleshoot with consideration for upstream and downstream systems and impacts.•Apply SDLC toolchain knowledge to increase automation value.•Apply technical troubleshooting to break down solutions and resolve problems of basic complexity.•Gather, analyze, and draw conclusions from large, diverse datasets to support secure, stable application development.•Learn and apply system processes and methodologies to develop secure, stable code and systems.•Contribute to a team culture of diversity, equity, inclusion, and respect.•Leverage enterprise-authorized AI coding assist tools to improve code quality, delivery speed, and productivity, validating outputs via peer review, automated testing, and secure coding standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
•5+ years of experience with Java, Spring Boot, and React.js.•Hands-on experience in system design, application development, testing, and operational stability.•Experience developing, debugging, and maintaining code in large corporate environments using modern programming and database querying languages.•Demonstrable ability to code in one or more languages.•Experience across the full Software Development Life Cycle.•Exposure to agile methodologies, CI/CD, application resiliency, and security practices.•Emerging knowledge in areas such as cloud, AI/ML, or mobile.
Preferred Skills:
