Architectural Project Manager / Senior ArchitectLocation: Hattiesburg, Mississippi Firm: Landry Kitchens Germany Architects, P.A.Position OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Architectural Project Manager with a minimum of 10 years of project management experience to lead projects from initial concept through construction administration.This role requires a highly capable professional who can operate independently, manage consultants and key stakeholder relationships, and coordinate all aspects of design and documentation as required to deliver projects at a high standard. Key ResponsibilitiesLead architectural projects through all phases: schematic design, design development, construction documents, and construction administration. Perform independent architectural design and decision-making in coordination with the Principal ArchitectProduce and oversee preparation of construction drawings, specifications, change orders, addendums, and other various contract documents. Coordinate work with engineering consultants and specialty disciplines Serve as primary point of contact for clients Manage project schedules, budgets, and internal production efforts Review drawings and specifications for quality, coordination, and compliance Conduct construction administration tasks including submittal review, RFIs, field inspections, and close out procedures as needed. QualificationsLicensed Architect (preferred) or experienced unlicensed Architectural Project Manager Minimum 10 years of project management experience in an architectural practice Strong proficiency in architectural design and technical detailing Demonstrated experience producing and coordinating full construction document sets Working knowledge of applicable codes and standards (IBC, ADA, etc.) Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines Strong communication skills with clients, consultants, and internal teams Preferred SkillsExperience in various commercial, healthcare, educational, municipal & governmental project types. Extensive familiarity with construction administration processes and documentation on projects of varying scope and type. Proficiency in standard architectural software (Revit, AutoCAD, etc.) What We OfferCompetitive salary based on experience.
