With over 70 years of experience, Benderson Development has engineered impressive growth through innovation, insight, and determination.Executive Technology SupportPosition SummaryThe Executive Technology Support position provides high-touch, white-glove technical support to the organization's executive leadership and all other end-users. This role ensures seamless, reliable, and highly responsive technology experience by proactively maintaining devices, applications, collaboration tools, and meeting technologies essential to executive productivity. Responsible for delivering front-line rapid issue resolution, personalized assistance, and elevated customer service in both scheduled and time-sensitive situations. This is an on-site, in-office role due to the hands-on, real-time nature of executive support, requiring physical presence for in-person troubleshooting, device support, and conference room technologies.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesProvide white‑glove, in‑person technical support for executive leaders and other end-users, ensuring fast and effective issue resolution.Install, configure, and maintain laptops, mobile devices, peripherals, and collaboration tools used by executive staff.Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues in real time.Collaborate/communicate with IT team members to escalate and coordinate the resolution of complex technical issues impacting executive productivity.Document support activities, recurring issues, and system configurations impacting executive workflows.Maintain a high level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality when handling all information.Monitoring the Help Desk ticket queue, facilitating the timely and accurate resolution of issues.Ensure conference rooms and collaboration spaces are fully operational, tested, and optimized for executive use.Deploying software updates to devices as approved; verifying the licensing requirements and confirming prerequisites are in place. Verifying that software installation is successful, and that the software is functional.Stay current with technology, tools, and IT service best practices.Evaluate and document the current technology landscape in the Sarasota office and provide recommendations for enhancements.Assist with facilitating the onboarding and off-boarding process.Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date hardware inventory.Perform additional duties, tasks, and special assignments as directed by the IT Management team.Education / Experience Requirements5+ years of experience in IT support, desk-side support, service desk, or a related technical role.Demonstrated experience providing in-person, high-touch or VIP/executive-level technical support.Possesses strong expertise in Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365, Microsoft Teams, the Office 365 suite, and other common productivity applications.Proficiency troubleshooting hardware issues, network connectivity, mobile devices (iOS), and collaboration technologies.Demonstrates strong competency in front‑line PC support, effectively handling requests via phone, Microsoft Teams, and in‑person by providing thorough troubleshooting and timely resolution.Excellent communication skills (oral and written) with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non‑technical users.Ability to work on multiple assignments simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities in fast‑paced environments.Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to work independently or collaboratively as required.Exposure to device encryption, MFA, and other security best practices.Knowledge of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, VPN, Wi‑Fi troubleshooting).Microsoft Exam MD-100: Windows 10 and Microsoft Exam MD-101 or MD‑102: Microsoft 365 Endpoint Administrator certification or willingness to obtain
