To learn more, please visit our website: www.omegalaw.com.Position Overview:We are seeking a experienced personal injury attorney to join our prelitigation department. In this role you will be responsible for managing a caseload of personal injury claims from inception through settlement negotiation. You will diligently represent our clients' interests and ensure they receive fair compensation for their injuries.Responsibilities:Manage cases through the pre-litigation process from intake through demand, negotiation, and settlementReview and analyze case files to identify legal issues, assess strengths and weaknesses, and develop case strategiesCommunicate effectively with clients regarding case updates, settlement offers, and other relevant mattersConduct legal research and analysis on relevant statutes, regulations, and case lawReview work product, including demand letters, settlement agreements, and other legal documents, to ensure accuracy and complianceImplement quality assurance measures to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of pre-litigation processesMay provide supervision, guidance, and mentorship to legal staff involved in pre-litigation mattersPerform other duties as assignedQualifications:Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law schoolAdmission to the California State Bar and in good standingAbility to manage a caseload independently and collaboratively within a team environmentStrong communication skills to effectively engage with clients, opposing parties, witnesses, medical professionals, law enforcement, and colleagues in personal injury casesDemonstrated commitment to client advocacy, integrity, and professionalismExcellent research, communication, and negotiation skillsThis role is located at our West Hollywood office and requires physical presence on-site.Compensation:Salary Range: $100,000 – $200,000+ (commensurate with experience and qualifications)Comprehensive Benefits Package:Retirement Savings: 401(k) plan availableCareer Development: Opportunities for professional growth and advancementComprehensive Insurance Coverage:Health InsuranceDental InsuranceVision InsuranceFlexible Spending AccountLife InsurancePaid Time OffFree onsite parkingWe are an equal opportunity employer and offer competitive compensation and benefits, and opportunities for growth.
