EU-based role.Responsibilities:Take ownership of an existing Azure-based platform, ensuring its stability and continuous improvementImprove platform reliability, uptime, and resilience, including resolving deployment-related issuesOperate in a transition environment with incomplete knowledge, analyzing and structuring existing solutionsDefine and enforce architecture standards and governance practicesSupport both run (operations) and change (development/improvements) activities from day oneDesign and optimize high availability, disaster recovery, and scalable cloud architecturesDesign and troubleshoot networking and edge architecture, including DNS, Azure Front Door, and routingDevelop and support API-driven and integration architectures across multiple systemsIdentify and eliminate single points of failure and improve overall platform resilienceImplement and support observability, monitoring, and incident-driven improvementsAlign architecture with DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/Bicep)Analyze and structure complex, multi-component platforms, defining shared and non-shared componentsLead or contribute to architecture design and review of complex systemsCollaborate with Solution Architects and stakeholders, providing technical guidance and communicating trade-offsRequirements:Strong experience as a Solution Architect, with hands-on involvement in Azure-based platformsProven experience with Microsoft Azure architecture, including high availability, disaster recovery, and scalable designStrong knowledge of networking and edge architecture, including DNS, Azure Front Door, and traffic routingExperience with API-driven architectures and system integrationsProven track record in platform stabilization and reliability improvementsStrong understanding of observability, monitoring, and incident managementPractical experience with DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform or Bicep)Ability to work with and structure complex, fragmented systems and platformsExperience owning architecture decisions, system design, and technical direction in at least one complex projectStrong communication skills and ability to work with technical and business stakeholdersAbility to guide teams, challenge decisions, and explain technical trade-offsExperience working in client-facing rolesVery good command of English, both spoken and writtenNice to have:Experience with web platforms, CMS, or multi-site environmentsOffer:Private medical careCo-financing for the sports cardConstant support of dedicated consultantEmployee referral program
