Job Responsibilities for Sales Administrator:Enter vehicle information in business systemEnsure data flow between different DMS platformsOversight of deals in business system to ensure all information is complete and accurateGenerate deal paperwork packet for F&IEnsure all deal paperwork is completed and accurate when returned from sales staffReceive all monies from customers and sends to accountingFollow and monitor commission accuracy and paymentPrepare and proof registration paperworkRegister vehicles through online systemAct as liaison between sales and accountingVarious state contact reporting as needed.Assist with other projects as needed Required Skills for Sales Administrator:Must have knowledge of dealership sales and accounting functionsMust be familiar with dealership DMS system functionsCandidate must be accurate, organized, detail oriented and professionalStrong knowledge of MS Office especially excel is required
