As a full-service design-build company, we offer both commercial and residential expertise across Central PA and beyond.About the position..The Residential Property Manager will be responsible for the overall operation, financial performance, and physical condition of the Commerce Park portfolio located in Harrisburg, PA. This role overseeing leasing, resident relations, maintenance coordination, budgeting, staff supervision to ensure the property meets occupancy goals, operates within budget, and delivers high levels of resident satisfaction.Ensures all rental inquires are processed time and professionally in accordance with company standards and guidelines.Ensures that renewals are processed while maintaining a strong focus on resident retention.Approves and signs leases.Ensures timely processing of all payments due.Ensure all move-in/move-out inspections are performed, and dispositions are submitted to the corporate office in a timely manner.Supervise and communicate with Lead Maintenance Technician to ensure physical property is kept in good condition.Responsible for development, execution and reporting of annual budget(s) and monitoring expenditures closely.Represents TCC in any Home Owner's Associations and attends meetings, etc.Coordinates resident events – planning, preparing, and executing them on a consistent and regular basis within budgeted guidelines.Completes annual training to ensure proper compliance with state and federal policies, fair housing, and continued educated for credentials and/or PA Real Estate License.Supervises office and maintenance staff by managing performance reviews, hiring, job development/training, discipline/terminations, overseeing payroll and time off requests.What we are looking for from you...Must have a valid Driver's License, reliable transportation, and automobile insuranceMinimum of a High School Diploma or general education degree (GED)Minimum of 3 years' experience in the multi-housing management industryExperience managing budgets, financial reporting, and expense controlExperience with fair housing regulations and legal proceedings is requiredExperience with Yardi or other CRM software is highly preferredMust be proficient in Microsoft Office programs and Adobe AcrobatExcellent computer and typing skills requiredIndustry related credentials or Pennsylvania State Real Estate Sales Person License is welcomeStrong leadership, communication, and conflict resolution skillsMust possess excellent attention to detail as well as organizational and time management skillsHow you and your family can benefit from working with us...Employer Paid Insurances - Short Term & Long Term Disability and Life InsuranceHealth Insurances Plans Available - Medical, Dental, and VisionRetirement Plan - 401K with Employer Match & Profit SharingPaid Time Off - negotiable amount offered based on experience3 days of Wellness Hours - to use towards you and your family's health & wellbeing9 Company Paid Holidays!Stable, Growing, Successful company with over 48 years of success in the Greater Harrisburg area!Please feel free to visit our website at: https://www.triplecrowncorp.com/about-us/careers/ to learn more about what Triple Crown Corporation has to offer you!Selected applicant will be subject to a background checkWe are an Equal Opportunity EmployerTriple Crown Corporation is a drug-free workplace with a strict zero-tolerance policy.
