Supported Living Assistant - Crystal LakeThe Supported Living Assistant provides support and service to clients who have intellectual disabilities living in their natural home environment. This part-time position consists of working 1:1 with an individual in their own home and community. Qualified persons will have own reliable transportation, valid driver's license, vehicle insurance, and a high school diploma.Hours:Part-Time: 25 hours/week.Days: Tuesday, Thursday, Friday.Shift Window: Afternoons and evenings.Note: Potential for occasional Saturday shifts.Pay: $21.35/hrResponsibilities:Provides support and service to clients living in the community in their natural home environmentRequirements:High school diploma or equivalentValid driver's license requiredMust be at least 18 years of age
