Job DutiesStart Date: 04/20/2026End Date: 12/01/2026Hours: 48 hours/week, Monday - Saturday, 8 hours/day, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. (Sunday 0 hours/day)Must Apply By: 08/11/2026Job Duties:Workers will assist in two main areas for on a farm for a farmer, this includes dry fertilizer application and grain bin erection. Prior to the application portion of the job workers will be expected to study for and obtain a commercial pesticide license. During the application portion of the job workers will: Mix dry fertilizer or other crop production products (chemicals), load truck with dry fertilizer or crop production products as well as load spraying equipment including spray applicators, tractors, and any safety equipment needed to handle the materials. Once arriving on the farm site workers will unload all necessary equipment and materials and apply dry fertilizer with TERREGATOR floaters or crop production products with a JOHN DEERE/CASE sprayer. Workers will also assist in maintaining farm systems and grain handling components such as grain bins, augers, dryers, etc. Workers may operate various types of equipment such as forklifts, skid loaders, or pickup trucks to transport. Employer provides free housing for workers whose residence is beyond normal commuting distance. Employer pays inbound transportation and subsistence to work site upon 50% completion of work contract for workers whose residence is beyond normal commuting distance. Daily subsistence will be provided at a rate of at least $16.28 per day during travel to a maximum of $68.00 per day with receipts.
