Grow your career in a collaborative setting with opportunities to lead and innovate.Responsibilities:- Apply advanced industrial engineering concepts to optimize products, processes, and services- Develop efficient plant layouts, equipment configurations, and workflows to enhance productivity- Evaluate and integrate new technologies and techniques into production operations- Design and optimize production systems, including facilities, supply chain, and workforce integration- Lead workflow analysis and process improvement initiatives to improve performance and reduce costs- Build models, databases, and spreadsheets for operational analysis and decision support- Implement process improvements to enhance schedule adherence, quality, and cost savings- Plan and execute facility modifications and updates to operating methods- Standardize assembly instructions and manufacturing practices for consistency and quality- Prepare detailed operations plans including work scope, budgeting, forecasting, and capacity planning- Support project management, scheduling, and shop floor load balancing activities- Provide ongoing support for production, logistics, and performance tracking- Maintain compliance with safety, design, and ergonomic standardsRequired Skills and Experience:- Bachelor's degree in engineering, technology, computer science, mathematics, physics, chemistry, data science, or related field- Minimum 5 years of relevant industrial engineering experience with a Bachelor's degree (3+ years with a Master's, or equivalent with PhD)- Proficient in process analysis, production planning, and workflow optimization- Strong data analysis and problem-solving abilitiesPreferred Skills:- Lean Manufacturing- Continuous Improvement- Cross-Functional Collaboration- Manufacturing ExcellenceBenefits:- Opportunity for career advancement and professional development- Collaborative work culture with cross-functional teams- Exposure to innovative technologies and process improvement initiatives- Competitive compensation packageHow to Apply:
